Behold exhibit A (AT-ATs from Empire Strikes Back):

All Terrain Armored Transports are the land based juggernauts of The Empire. As such, if you had one of these as your treehouse, you would be both the coolest kid on the block and probably the most feared. Not everyone has the means to purchase or construct a real life-size AT-AT, so you may want to look into exhibit B:

The above picture is the creation of architects Robert Potokar and Janez Brežnik of Robert Potokar Architecture Office. They may not have been intended for this tree house to look like the AT-ATs featured prominently at the beginning of Empire Strikes Back, but it does give us a great starting point for inspiration and reverse-engineering. There are more pictures available at Arch-Daily, but the picture above probably does it the most justice. If anyone has been thinking, "tree-houses need to be a little bit cooler", here is your chance to improve upon an already pretty cool tree house, and turn it into something that will give you a shot at destroying the rebel base on your own Hoth. People who live beyond the realms of Snowland will have to settle for something like Endor to conquer.
