The Muppets (the 2011 Film) has a few spectacular moments, but Jason Segel's script drags. It has the same heart as the previous films but even that doesn't make me want to watch it again. I really don't care about the new muppet introduced (Walter) and my favorite characters are reduced to two scene gags while Jason Segel, Amy Adams, and Walter unworthily waste screen time. I watched The Muppets to see The Muppets!

The bottom line is this: if you saw and liked The Muppet Show, you probably already saw this movie. If you haven't heard of The Muppet Show, go watch that instead.
