Roxy died early last week. While she wasn't the first dog (and definitely won't be the last), I will continue to number her among my closest friends growing up.

Here's the bottom line: Lockout is not an epic masterpiece of film. It won't win any academy awards. But Guy Pearce certainly delivers a compelling performance worth seeing.
