Snow White and the Huntsman
Written By Danny Nicolas
In short, Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth are the saving grace in an otherwise incredibly flawed film. Kristen Stewart proves that she is either such a terrible actress that I consider to claw my eyes out when she opens her mouth, or that Rupert Sanders is a brilliant director (and the team of writers behind him) in making Snow White an eye-clawing worthy caricature.
You know it's bad when I'm rooting for the villan and crying when Snow White wakes up - not because I was overjoyed that she's recovered, but that it's inevitable that we'll be forced to endure her giving a speech to rally the troops for the attack on the castle.
My suggestion for this film is to wait for the DVD release and watch it with the commentary track on. It is worth seeing, but not worth paying for a full price theater viewing. The visuals are fantastic, but solid CG isn't good enough anymore.
