I've been drinking a bit of hot chocolate this month. My two favorite flavors at the moment are the cherry chocolate and double belgian chocolate. Add a few splashes of whole milk, top with some vanilla ice cream, and you're set.

This was a delicious spinach salad topped with fresh mozzarella and pork loin. Throw in some sweet potato french fries, bacon guacamole, and a few tomatoes and it's ready to serve.

This is a six cheese spinach quiche, with a side salad topped with tomatoes and avocado. The whole wheat crust brought an extra flavor to the entire dish.

These are whole wheat pie crust scraps rolled up and baked with cinnamon and sugar. Then the desert is lightly dusted with powdered sugar to taste.
