Waking Ideas Publishing currently has two divisions The Blog and Young Author Partners.

The Blog is a nearly daily updated weblog by Danny Nicolas and other regular and special guest contributors. It is about the joy of creation and sharing. It’s about sharing cool things you learn, see, and make with the world. It’s about positive things that people might want to share and talk at the dinner table. So instead of drone clone talk (like “how was school, it was ok, how was work, it was boring, what happened today, nothing out of the ordinary”), actual conversations can happen.

If you'd like to contribute guest articles or become a regular contributor to The Blog, we'd love your participation in our efforts to share awesome things with other people. Contact us and indicate that you'd like to contribute and we'll set up a WordPress account for you to write and edit your articles in.

Young Author Partners: is a new program in which new or aspiring authors are able to partner with Waking Ideas. We'll set you up with a website, blog, mailing list, and online store for selling directly to your readers. More importantly, we're here to help you self publish your work online, build an audience, and when the opportunity knocks, make sure you don't get screwed over by a big publisher.
